We endeavour to do our best to always provide the product as close to weight chosen as possible.
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place your roll on an oven tray once the oven has heated. Please allow a total cooking time of 50 minutes/kg.
- Bake your roll for the first 30 minutes at 200°C then reduce the heat to 180°C and bake for the remaining time.
- Once it is cooked, remove from the oven and allow to stand for 15-30 minutes depending on the size. Ensuring you cover the roll with foil for several minutes will help in removing the netting.
- Tips for a succulent turkey: Use a thermometer and cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
- Remove netting from Roll and slice to serve.
