Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Place your roll on an oven tray once the oven has heated. Please allow a total cooking time of 50 minutes/kg.
  3. Bake your roll for the first 30 minutes at 200°C then reduce the heat to 180°C and bake for the remaining time.
  4. Once it is cooked, remove from the oven and allow to stand for 15-30 minutes depending on the size. Ensuring you cover the roll with foil for several minutes will help in removing the netting.
  5. Tips for a succulent turkey: Use a thermometer and cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
  6. Remove netting from Roll and slice to serve.
